Running Leight: Seasons of Change

Not only does the title refer to the leaves falling off the branches and the air beginning to get crisp this has been a season of change for me as a person and my outlook on life today.

Obviously i haven't updated this recently so we're going to play a little game of catch up!

Since returning from Houston after competing for Miss Teen United States World i have had the best memories with friends and family. This past summer my family and I were constantly at our cabin and out on the lake boating and what not. I also got to go to California this summer to move my beloved Molly Love down to her new home in Irvine :) while i was in California i got to spend some time with my best friend Jake Johnston and go to the beach. Oh! and we also went to Disneyland... I have always stayed in the kid stage through out my life so going to Disneyland was awesome and my inner kid came out even more!

Like stated in my previous blog, my family talked me into staying at Boise State to continue my studies or should i say restart... it's definitely been weird being a "Freshman" again when everyone else is Sophomores but you got to do what you got to do and i can't wait until this next semester when i can finally be a full time student!

Also, its that time of year again, yes you guessed right.... the snow is falling in Duluth Minnesota thus meaning it is RACE SEASON! My mom and I leave on Wednesday for the midwest and i am literally counting down the hours until i see snow, and my dad and brother and all my buddies! I love all the traveling and memories that come along with racing and i've definitely made some close friends through the circuit!

I'm getting really sick and tired of the weather man telling me that i'm going to wake up to snow one of these days, and it has yet to happen! but i guess that is what Duluth is for and those snow machines they use to make people like me happy :)
