Leighton Motorsports signs new mechanic....

I would first like to say props to both our riders from our snocross team Colby Crapo and Trevor Leighton for getting it done yesterday and pulling out some fantastic riding! Looks like we're going to X Games in January and I cannot wait. Congratulations fellas! 

Saturday November 27th 2010 Leighton Motorsports welcomes a bomb mechanic to the team, goes by the name of Timi Leighton... okay for real though. Today in the trailer I looked over the shoulders of the one and only Kyle Zarimba as he taught me how to swap out jets and insert and synchronize power valves. I guess you could call me the new Rosie the Riveter or something cool like that. As i was sitting in the trailer i got sick of creeping on facebook and reading about Boise States loss and hearing what the haters had to say so, i decided to ask Z (Kyle) to teach me a few things about a snowmachine, and so he did and like they say "You learn something new every day" 
For some mysterious reason my mom Wendy has been doing multiple sets of push ups... couldn't tell you why, seriously. It's awesome haha 

All in all Today is a new day for Leighton Motorsports and the boys are ready to rip and i'm more than excited to watch! Oh and its almost December which means... North Dakota Snocross race, Mexico, Christmas, and New years Eve! Lots to look forward to. I hope everyone had a fabulous Thanksgiving and is spending their break doing great things.
